Profile overview
Profile snapshotAbout Bybit
Official websiteBybit launched in 2018 with a derivatives focus and added spot trading in 2021. Its trading products include spot, perpetuals, futures and options, alongside trading bots, copy trading and Spot X project activities.
Origins and product development
Bybit’s official history dates spot trading to July 2021. Its founding date is not the opening date of an individual market.
Trading products
Spot, perpetuals, dated futures and options have different execution and settlement rules. Bots and copy trading are execution tools, not capital-protected products. A spot opening and a derivatives launch are different events.
Ecosystem and services
Spot X brings together Launchpad, Launchpool, Token Splash and ByVotes activities, each with its own participation and allocation rules. It is a project hub, not a universal spot-listing application form.
Fees and availability
Bybit fees depend on product, maker/taker status and VIP tier. Special trading zones and regions can differ; check the account fee page after identity verification. Australian readers should verify the service entity, current terms, account eligibility and available markets. Public APIs and this page are not evidence of regional eligibility or regulatory approval.
Recent spot listings
BybitLast 30 days of spot activity, with pairs grouped by asset. Times are UTC; availability varies by region and account.

Bybit listing information
How can a project apply to Bybit?
Use the official Spot X hub to check project activities and collaboration routes. It is not a universal spot-listing form; Bybit must confirm the applicable process. CryptoPartner does not decide listings.
What should a project team prepare?
Prepare the use case, product, team, whitepaper, token economics, network/contract and security materials, with consistent links. This is a preparation checklist; the exchange determines its requirements.
Are fees and review timelines fixed?
This page promises no standard total cost, timeline or approval. Check application, technical, liquidity and marketing arrangements separately and obtain written official terms.
What do the recent dates mean?
The spot API has no documented historical launch time. Initial capture is baseline-only; later additions use UTC first-detection dates. Empty coverage does not prove no listings.
Does an added pair mean a token’s first listing?
Not necessarily: existing assets can gain quote pairs. Quote variants group within a venue. Dedupe retains venue, pair and event type; a ticker alone does not establish cross-exchange identity.
How often is collection run, and what if it fails?
Collection is designed for daily runs. Last-success time comes from actual database captures, not page visits. Failures retain earlier records; success older than 48 hours is flagged as stale.
Why might no records appear?
History covers still-returned markets with explicit dates. Initial snapshots are not additions. Not-yet-enabled monitoring or no observed changes can leave an empty list; this is not a no-listings claim.
Can Australian users trade every displayed pair?
Public APIs do not establish personal access. Check the applicable service entity, current terms, account eligibility and markets available after login. This page gives no regional-availability guarantee.
Sources and methodology
The spot API has no documented historical launch time. Initial capture is baseline-only; later additions use UTC first-detection dates. Empty coverage does not prove no listings. V5 separates spot from derivatives categories. This monitor reads spot, excludes xstocks, and never borrows contract launchTime as a historical spot date.
