Dubai sole virtual asset regulator administering full market product licences in Dubai outside DIFC.
Regulatory overview
Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) regulates virtual asset activities in and from the Emirate of Dubai (excluding DIFC). The Full Market Product (FMP) licence grants authorization for specific activity rulebooks such as Exchange Services, Broker-Dealer Services, and Custody Services.
